Vegetable Lentil Soup

Ingredients

    1 large onion
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 bunch of celery
    2 red bell peppers
    1 cup of diced green beans
    3 cups fresh baby spinach
    3 cups shredded or chopped cabbage
    1 cup dehydrated mixed mushrooms
    8 - 10 cloves diced garlic
    8 cups organic vegetable or chicken broth
    3 cups cooked lentils
    1 16oz can black beans

Directions

chop all veggies and throw all ingredients in pot, cook until desired tenderness

season to taste
