Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

    3 cups flour
    3/4 cups sugar
    3/4 cups Splenda for Baking
    2/3 cups canola oil
    2/3 cups milk
    2 eggs
    2 cups blueberries
    4 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients first, except berries. Add in wet ingredients and mix until just moist. Batter will be thick. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups to very top. Bake 20-25 minutes, until center of muffins are done and tops are golden brown.

Makes 12 muffins.
