Pumpkin Oat Muffins

Ingredients

    WET:
    1 Can Pumpkin Pie Mix (425 grams)
    200 Grams Cinnamon Applesauce
    2 tbsp honey
    2 Medium Eggs

    DRY:
    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    .5 Cup Oats
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon

Directions

Combine all wet ingredients in one bowl.
Combine all dry ingredients in another bowel

Mix together until JUST combined. It's okay if there is a few lumps.

Scoop into muffin baking tin.

Bake 375 for 15 minutes. Adjust for your oven!
