Ingredients

    Kuner Garbonzo Beans, 2 cans
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes
    *Lemon Juice, .13 cup
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Scallions, raw, 1 large
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Paprika, 1 tsp

Directions

drain and rinse both cans of garbonzo beans
halve tomatos
finely cop scallion
combine all ingredients...mix.
season to taste.

makes 6 heaping 1/2 cup servings
