Chicken and Rice Casserole

Introduction

This is Campbell's Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole. With Brown Rice. This is Campbell's Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole. With Brown Rice.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 1/3 Cups Water
    1 Cup Brown Rice, Uncooked
    2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Vegetables(I used frozen corn and peas)
    1/2 tsp Onion Powder
    2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut in Half
    1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese(Optional, did not include into nutritional info)

Directions

Stir the soup, water, rice, vegetables and onion powder in a 12x8 shallow baking dish. Tip with chicken. Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes or until done. Top with cheese if desired.
