1 boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 wedge of lemon 1 sprig fresh dill
Put the breast in an oven- safe dish. Squeeze juice from lemon wedge over it, and snip tiny pieces of dill over the top of it. Bake at 350 degrees until cooked all the way through; about 20-30 minutes depending on thickness.
I'm a poor college student so I had to improvise with skinless, boneless chicken tenders, lemon juice from a bottle, season salt, and what i think might have been oregano. still, it was good and very very easy, which is important!
super simple...can't wait to try it tonight. I like that it is a baked chicken recipe without breading...my husband doesn't like breaded chicken (I do) and it is unneccessary carbs when the lemon and dill season it just fine!
