Crockpot shredded chicken

Introduction

Flavorful chicken that would go great with rice, pasta or corn tortillas! Flavorful chicken that would go great with rice, pasta or corn tortillas!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 - 6 Chicken breasts
    1 can petite diced tomatoes (olive oil & garlic version is great)
    1 small can green chilies
    6 garlic cloves, whole (more or less depending on what you like)
    1 onion, sliced
    1 can water
    Oregano, to taste
    Black Pepper, to taste
    Salt, to taste
    Rosemary, to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on medium heat for approximately 5-6 hours. Shred chicken in crock pot with 2 forks when done. Can serve over rice, pasta or with corn tortillas. The consistency is almost like a soup or stew.

Makes about 6 1/2 cup servings.
