Baked Mashed Potatoes

Introduction

Ingredients

    * Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 4 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4")
    * Fleishmann's, Fleishmann's made with Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp, 4 serving
    * Milk, 2%, .5 cup
    * Salt, .75 tsp

Directions

Bake Potatoes in mic by, 'washing them, poke holes with fork on top and bottom, place on dinner plate with saran wrap over them and the plate. mic on high for 10 mins. flip each over and mic again for 3 to 5 mins. Keep checking don't want to over mic them. make sure they are soft.
when potatoes are done peel the skin with a fork or chop skin small if you want to add it to the potatoes. place potatoes in a bowl and mash them. put in butter, and salt. mix well. add milk very little at a time keep pouring until the mashed potatoes are as thick or creamy as you like them. remember you can't take the milk out so pour SLOW and then stir and see if you need more before pouring more. Yields 6 servings of 1/2 cup each serving. ENJOY!!
