Broiled Trout with Creamy Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

    1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    1 clove garlic, minced

    1/4 cup lemon juice

    2 tbsp. capers

    1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning

    1/2 cup fat free or reduced fat sour cream (nutrition values are for reduced fat)

    1 lb. Rainbow Trout fillet

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 min.

Reduce heat to low. Stir in lemon juice, capers, and lemon pepper seasoning and cook for 5 min.

Add sour cream and cook for 5 min, or until heated through.

Meanwhile, place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 20 min or until fish is just opaque. Serve with the sauce.
