Ingredients

    * Egg, fresh, 3 large
    * Milk, nonfat, .75 cup
    * Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp
    * Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    * No Salt (salt substitute 1/4 tsp), 0.25 tsp
    * Sara Lee, Delightful Wheat Bread, 1 slice, 12 serving
    * Almonds, .5 cup, sliced

Directions

Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth. Dip bread into egg mixture and then into almonds to coat. Place in medium-heat nonstick pan, and grill til cooked through and almonds are toasted.
