Beef Taco Soup

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 med onion - chopped
    1 pkg mild taco seasoning
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can chili beans
    1 can shoepeg corn
    1 can rotel tomatoes

Directions

Brown beef and onion together. Drain. Add taco seasoning and stir well. Add all other ingredients (do not drain cans). Heat on med-low until warm.
