Ingredients

    2lbs. 93%lean ground turkey, 1 box spanish/mexican rice mix, 1 large egg, small can tomato sauce

Directions

mix box of rice mix with seasoning into ground turkey, mix in egg and can of tomato sauce pat into pan (with two lbs of meat i use a 13x9 cake pan) drizzle top with tomato sauce. bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.this feeds my family of 5 with plenty of leftovers for lu nch
