Easy Salmon Patties - Low Calorie!

Introduction

I like all of my recipes to be easy, and this one definitely is! I like all of my recipes to be easy, and this one definitely is!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 packets of 6 oz. Chicken of the Sea boneless skinless salmon

    2 Large Egg Whites

    .25 a cup or so off wheat bread crumbs

    1 cup onions

    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl

2. Make 8 round balls

3. Place two balls at a time in a warm skillet.

4. Flatten balls with a spatula until cooked as you like

5. Enjoy!

Makes 2 yummy servings!
