Raw Vegan Fudge

Introduction

I actually found this recipe on RecipeZaar and it was called brownie. I think its more of a fudge texture so I changed it. This is such a great dessert! Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup Macadamia Nuts
    1 cup Pitted Dates
    1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

1. In food processor, process Macadamia nuts. Pour in bowl. I liked it best when it starts to turn gooey. (I only have a chopper!)

2. Process dates.

3. Mix the nuts and dates in a bowl. Add cocoa powder and vanilla and mix together.

Thats it! You can either cool it or eat it as is.

I've only ever eaten this for myself, but I suppose it could be a dessert for 4 people.
