Creamy Herb Chicken & Noodles

Introduction

Ingredients

    6 oz (preferably no yolk) dry egg noodles
    1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cut in bite size pcs.
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. (4 oz) light cream cheese with herbs
    2 TBSP skim milk
    1 medium clove garlic, minced
    3 (1/3 c.) medium green onions, chopped fine
    1 TBS. grated parmesan

Directions

Cook noodles according to pkg.
Heat skillet over medium 7 coat with non stick spray. Cook Chicken.
Drain noodles and return to pot, add chicken & all ingredients except parmesan. Toss til cream cheese melts. Sprinkle w/ parm.
