14 oz Lean Ground Beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
28 oz canned, diced tomatoes
8 black olives, chopped
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin seed or powder
10 oz Whole Wheat Penna pasta
Add the canned tomatoes, chopped olives, chili powder and cumin. Simmer on low while the pasta cooks. Adjust spices to your taste.
Add pasta to the chili mixture, stir to combine and keep warm until ready to serve.
Hot sauce, salt, Pepper Jack Cheese.

Serves 6 good size helpings.
Good with a leafy green side salad.
