Bread machine Pumpkin Bread

Introduction

This is much more like a loaf of regular bread or perhaps raisin bread than the traditional pumpkin bread. It is very good toasted. This is much more like a loaf of regular bread or perhaps raisin bread than the traditional pumpkin bread. It is very good toasted.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Canned Pumpkin - 1 C.
    Egg - 2
    Butter - 4 tsp.
    Vanilla extract - 1.5 tsp.
    Pumpkin Pie spices - 1 T.
    Salt - 1 t.
    Brown sugar - 3 T.
    Rolled oats - 1/4 C.
    Flour - 3 C.
    Dry yeast - 1.25 tsp
    Raisins - 1/3 C.

Directions

I make this in a bread machine so prep time and baking time depends on your particular machine.

Ingredients should be at room temperature. Cut butter into small pieces. Add ingredients according to your bread machine's instructions. Choose light crust. Bake. Remove loaf from pan and let cool for one hour before cutting.

Very nice for toast or for pb&j sandwiches.
