Introduction

This recipe is great with beef, chicken, or pork.

One serving size is about 4 ounces of meat, usually enough for two small buns.

Ingredients

    3 lb chuck roast
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp mustard powder
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 tsp chili powder
    2 T flour

Directions

Rub the flour into the roast, then place in crock post. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Pour over roast.

Cook on high for 2-4 hours or on low for 6-8. Shred meat and serve on buns, as a topping on pizza, plain with corn, or however you want!
