Fruit Smoothie

Introduction

I start with plain yogurt and protein powder and add pure fruit for an anti-oxidant and power boost! I start with plain yogurt and protein powder and add pure fruit for an anti-oxidant and power boost!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can crushed Pineapple in Juice
    2 cups plain, fat free yogurt
    1 cup Ocean Spray No Sugar Added Juice (any flavor, but I prefer the cranberry/pomegranate or cranberry/blueberry)
    2 cups strawberries (I use frozen Dole)
    1 banana
    2 scoops of GNC Whey Protein, unflavored

Directions

Put all the ingredients in your blender. The frozen strawberries work better than ice to keep the smoothie thick. Pour and enjoy!
