IntroductionHomemade Simple with help from a box. I've made adjustments to make it more calorie and fat friendly. If sodium is a problem use low salt soy or you may omit it. 1 box of Asian Hamburger Helper Beef Fried Rice
1lb Laura's Extra Lean Ground Beef 4% Fat
2 egg whites
I Can't Believe It's Butter Cooking Spray
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
5 Large Basil Leaves Chopped
2.Brown Hamburger and drain
3.Follow Box Directions for cooking rice and beef.
4.When it's time to add eggs, substitute butter spray for oil.(It worksa great) and use egg whites for whole eggs.
5.Add 2 TBSP Soy Sauce and basil.
6.May use black pepper to taste.
7.Stir together and serve.
