Mocha Java Shake

Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 tablespoons Instant Coffee
    1 cup Non--fat Milk
    1 tsp Splenda
    1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
    3-4 Ice Cubes

Directions

Crush ice in blender.
Add coffee, milk, sweetener, and protein powder. Blend on high speed for about 45 seconds until mixed well.
Serve and enjoy.
Makes 1 drink

  • I make this all the time with unsweetened chocolate Almond milk and a packet of Via (Starbucks). Very yummy! Oh, and my protein powder has 120cals as well :) - 9/27/11

  • Love it! For those questioning the calorie count - if you click on the nutritional breakdown, the poster didn't include the protein powder in the actual ingredients. Only the cup of skim milk is included. So yes, you guys are right - add the cals for your protein powder!! - 1/16/10

    My protein powder has 120 cal. also. Then the milk.
