Ingredients

    3 c shredded zucchini
    1 c flour
    1 T baking powder
    1 t baking soda
    2 eggs
    1/2 c shredded cheese, lowfat
    1/2 t garlic salt
    1 t seasoning salt
    2 t chicken bouillon
    1 T applesauce

Directions

Combine all dry ingredients; beat in eggs just until combined. Add zucchini last.

Cook like pancakes.
