    1 (15 oz) can corn
    1 (15 oz) can cream corn
    1 (16 oz) container light sour cream
    1/2 cup Smart Balance light butter
    1 (8.5 oz) box Jiffy cornbread mix
    Egg substitute (equaling 2 eggs)
