Ingredients

    5 large strawberries
    one small orange (peeled)
    2 fat free no sugar added Yogurt Source
    1/2 cup of milk (2% I used) but 1% or skim would be better

    Blend it all. Tastes great,,,filling!!! and all of that fruit and calcium,,,wow!
