I have a query. The recipe does not say to slice, cube, etc., the chicken. Are the breast pieces cooked whole?
I'm looking forward to cooking this. - 3/21/08

This was delicious and I will definitely be making it again. I just put it on and left it, 20 mts later a gourmet meal! The husband sang my praises and our picky son even ate it happily (once I scraped the tomato's and olives off of course ><) - 3/14/08

  • I cut up the chicken into strips to brown - went very quickly. Also, I used a low-fat cheese - not a bad choice. This would also be good with spinach added. - 10/2/13

  • I made this tonight without the olives and Mozarella Cheese. I added onions, garlic, Mrs. Dash Original blend, and Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil and it was really good. I served it over spaghetti. - 1/5/10

  • Sounds good, but since we don't like olives, I will probably take the suggestion of substituting spinach. Might even lower the salt content a bit. - 12/14/08
