Tastefully Simple Lemon Pepper Linguini & Clam Sauce mix, 13.25 oz
*Extra Light Olive Oil, 8 tbsp or 1/2 cup
Reese all white crab meat (1 can), 6 oz , drained
Philadelphia fat free cream cheese, 4 oz
Reese minced sea clams 6.5 oz can, 1.5 cup or 2 cans, undrained
The box says a 1 1/4 cup serving is 590 calories, but if you substitute with light olive oil and fat free cream cheese it can be as little as 263 calories. Also, I noticed the Reese brand of crab meat and sea clams had fewer calories than what was listed online. So check out your brands.
