2 cups cooked chicken breasts cubed
1/4 cup onion
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Ground flax seed meal
Season Salt just to taste
Pam cooking spray
Add the onion, cheese, egg, flax seed, season salt. Mix well.
Spray hot skillet with pam cooking spray or use olive oil. Then form chicken mix into a "patty / burger" and place in hot pan until lightly brown. Flip patty over and cook other side.
You could change for many options.
We had these with a Large salad and was a great dinner.
You could serve on buns like a burger, We thought it may taste really good topped with a salsa.
