Introduction

Makes 8 one cup servings. great with garlic bread. Makes 8 one cup servings. great with garlic bread.

Ingredients

    1 head cabbage
    1 large carrot
    7 strips chives
    1/2 cup sliced almonds, roasted 5 mins
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds, unsalted
    1 pack ramen noodles
    DRESSING:
    12 packets splenda
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1/3 cup canola or grapeseed oil
    Ramen flavouring

Directions

Mix veggies together, add other ingredients.
For dressing mix splenda, vinegar, oil and ramen flavouring. Pour mixture over veggies and mix.

Sprinkle broken up noodles over slaw just before serving.

Makes 10 1/2 cup servings.
