5 medium red potatoes
4 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Steam until tender.
Remove steamer from pot. Discard water and add potatoes & garlic to pot.
Add butter substitute, salt & pepper and smash potatoes.
