Awsome Guacomole

Introduction

A great dip or topping to chicken or pork chops. Can use with veggies or even on eggs. A great dip or topping to chicken or pork chops. Can use with veggies or even on eggs.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1-2 avocados (depending on size and amount needed)
    about 1/2 cup of Red Onion, diced finely
    about 1/2- 1 cup or tomatoes, diced finely
    about 1/2 cup of chopped finely cilantro
    juice of 1 lime
    OPTIONAL -jalapeno pepper (I have added 1/4 to 1 whole pepper depending on spicyness)
    salt to taste

Directions

Peal and core avocado, place into bowl
chop finely onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and pepper if wanted. All these to the bowl as well.
remove seeds and then squeeze the juice of 1 lime (or more if wanted) over the ingredients
add salt to taste (1-2 dashes is more than enought)
Mix together with a fork to 'mush' up the avocado and mix the ingredients to the desired consistency.
Serve with veggies, corn chips, or over chicken or pork dishes
