Introduction

I needed to add more protein and fat to my meal plan. I do not tolerate eggs well and I am not a big "meat" eater.
A quick and tasty breakfast. I have found by "under-toasting" the bread it holds together well.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 slices Raisin Bread
    1/2 small banana
    Peanut Butter ( I prefer smooth)

Directions

Toast bread slightly - just until warm.
Slice banana length-wise
put on Tbsp pb on toasted bread add banana
Enjoy!
Optional:
Sprinkle a LITTLE cinnamon or nutmeg on the banana.
