Introduction

Quick and Easy No Fat potatoes!
Any spices you like would work for this, I like chili powder and seasoned salt and garlic.

Ingredients

    1 Large Potato
    1 Large Egg White (whites only)
    1/2 tsp each (or to taste):
    chili powder
    ground cumin
    kosher or sea salt
    black pepper

Directions

For 1 Recipe, Easily adapted to more servings.

1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a nonstick baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

2 In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Transfer to the baking sheet.

3 Bake until potatoes are barely tender, about 15 minutes.

4 Increase the oven temperature to broil; broil until crispy, about 10 minutes. Serve at once.
