Ingredients

    1.5 Cups Trader Joes Brown Basmati Rice
    2 Cups Trader Joes Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    10oz sliced crimini mushrooms

Directions

i cook this in my rice cooker.
On the Stove cook for about 45min or follow the directions on the package of rice.
This freezes well for easy single person meals reheated with chicken tenderloins and frozen veggies.

I will mix this with a curry sauce or teriyaki sauce for a fast dinner.
