Ingredients

    1 Whole Wheat Pita
    1/4 Cup Salad Greens
    1/4 cup Spinach Greens
    2 TBS match stick cut carrots
    4 Strips Red, Yellow and Green Peppers
    4 Thin slices of Cucumber
    1/4 Cup match stick cut Broccoli and Chopped Cauliflower together
    2 tsp Honey Mustard
    2 TBS plain, low fat yogurt
    1/2 Cup grilled Chicken tenderloin

Directions

Mix well the honey mustard and yogurt and set aside. Prep the veggies and cut the Pita bread in half to make two pockets. Stuff each pocket with half the meat and veggies and top with the yogurt/honey mustard mixed.
