Black Bean Soup

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cans of black beans
    1 can of diced tomatoes with green chiles- mild, medium or hot (drain all or partial liquid as desired for thin or thicker consistency)
    1 can of beef broth- or bouillon equivalent
    cilantro- to taste

Mix all ingredients together in large sauce pan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Serve with toppings of choice.
Note: Can add beano if desired as cooking.
