lentils swiss chard soup

Ingredients

    2 cups lentils
    2 cups chopped swiss chard
    2 cups chopped onions
    2 medium potatoes peeled and cutted and cubed
    4 tbsp chopped cilantro (or dry)
    4 cloves minced garlic
    1/4 cup olive oil (or any vegerable oil)
    1 tbsp unsalted butter
    2 lemons juice
    peppers and salt

Directions

put lentils, chopped chard, and potaoes to boil in water until half cooked
meanwhile saute the onions in the oil untill golden then add it to the mix
saute garlic and cilantro in the butter and add it to the mix
when its done add lemon juice, salt and peppers and stir for about five minutes before removing it from heat.
