    trader Joe's almond meal, 1 cup
    body fortress chocolate whey protein powder 2 scoops, 1.5 serving
    new hope mills whole wheat pancake mix, .5 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Davinci suger free vanilla syrup, 3 tbsp
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

mix together. Bake at 325 for 8-10 mins until done.
