Ingredients

Strawberries, frozen, sweetened, .5 cup, thawed
Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Orange Juice, .5 cup
Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
.5 cup pineapple chunks
5 ice cubes
Directions
Blend all ingredients until smoothie consistency. I make two servings from this.
