Chicken Parmesan

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. italian bread crumbs
    1 T grated parmesan
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/3 c. canned tomato sauce
    2/3 part skim mozarella cheese, shredded

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix bread crumbs, parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Heat oil in a large skillet. Dip chicken breasts in egg then in bread crumb mixture. Brown over medium heat. Place in a baking dish. Spoon tomato sauce over breasts. Top with mozarella. Bake for about 20 minutes or till chicken is cooked through.
