Veggie Pizza

Introduction

All veggie pizza without cheese. Can add whatever toppings including cheese, but amazing without cheese. All veggie pizza without cheese. Can add whatever toppings including cheese, but amazing without cheese.

Ingredients

    EnerG Gluten Free Pizza Crust (or crust of choice)
    1 Can Petite Diced Tomatoes w/Garlic & Olive Oil
    1 Small can tomato paste
    1/4 - 1/2 Red Bell Pepper Cut in Bite size pieces
    1/4 - 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper cut in bite size pieces
    1/4 - 1/2 Orange Bell Pepper cut in bite size pieces
    1/2 onion cut into slices
    1/2 - 1 cup mushrooms sliced
    Oregano, to taste
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, to taste
    Olive Oil

Directions

Mix can of diced tomatoes and tomato paste along with seasonings.

Brush pizza crust with a very small amount of olive oil. Put as much sauce as desired on the crust.

Cut veggies into bite sized pieces and saute in olive oil. Once tender, put on top of pizza.

Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces and saute in olive oil and season as desired (garlic powder, salt, oregano) and place on top of pizza.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
