    * Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4")
    * Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Honey, 2 tbsp

Directions

Blend, chill, serve. Makes about 0.75 to 1 liter.
