Ingredients

    8 CUPS SUMMER SQUASH SLICED
    2 TBLS BUTTER
    1/2 CUP FAT FREE MILK

Directions

CUT SQUASH INTO CHUNKS BOIL IN A POT OF WATER UNTIL TENDER. DRAIN. USING A MASHER MASH SQUASH WHILE ITS STILL IN THE STRAINER TO GET MOST OF THE WATER OUT. TRANSFER BACK TO POT ADD 1/2 CUP MILK AND 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER. MIX WELL. SERVING SIZE IS 1/3 OF RECIPE
