Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/4 cup uncooked rolled oats (not Instant)
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    1/4 medium apple,chopped
    2 large strawberries, chopped or 1/2 banana
    1 T raisins
    1 T dried cranberries
    1 T sliced almonds
    1 T chopped walnuts
    1 T whey protein powder (vanilla flavored)
    dash of cinnamon
    1 t Truvia sweetener

Directions

Mix uncooked oats, skim milk, yogurt, cinnamon, protein poweder and sweetener and set aside while chopping other ingredients. (approx 2 minutes of standing time). Dice apple and strawberries or banana into tiny pieces and stir into oat mixture. Add raisins, cranberries, almonds and walnuts and stir till evenly mixed.
Serves 1 very large portion or 2 small.
