3 large fresh eggs,
3 tsp granulated garlic,
3 oz Velveeta Cheese Product (yeah, I know)
.5 tsp Tabasco sauce,
2 dashes fresh ground black pepper,
Heat an omelette pan to about medium-high, then add olive oil. Pour eggs into pan, cover. Cook about two minutes. Check for eggs to be set. When eggs are mostly set add cheese to one half of eggs and fold omelette in half. Cover again and turn off heat. When cheese is melted, add ground pepper and serve.
We're piggies on Sunday morning, so this serves one person. It should probably serve two.
