Ideal small dessert as an end to the Party .
Just that sweet taste is enough to satisfy your guest.
Especially when you have many.
You can add a fresh fruit like raspberries or strawberries to the bottom of the glass for colour.
Choose what is in season.

Ingredients

    250g whipped cream
    250g greek styled yogurt
    Crystalize the 6tsp brownsugar
    1 glass white wine
    grated rind of lemon
    juice of lemon

Directions

Crystalize the wine , sugar, ginger, and grated lemon rind with lemon juice in the microwave for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Whip cream and fold into the yogurt.
Fold syrup into mixture.
Pour into 10 small glasses.
Chill overnight in the fridge.
