Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tsp olive oil.
    8 oz. cooked turkey breast, chopped
    2 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
    2 cups shredded bok choy
    1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
    1 med Sweet Red Peppers,chopped
    1 tsp Ginger Root, grated
    1 tsp Garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    4 servings Whole Wheat Tortillas

Directions

Heat olive oil in skillet over medium high heat and add veggies, ginger, garlic and red pepper. Cook until mushrooms are reduced in size. Add turkey and cook until turkey is heated. Add soy sauce and stir to combine. Serve on whole wheat tortillas.
