Introduction

This is a sweet topping I like to use for pancakes. Each serving is approx. 2 tablespoons. This is a sweet topping I like to use for pancakes. Each serving is approx. 2 tablespoons.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 C Blueberries (frozen)
    1 C Water
    2 T Corn syrup
    3 T cornstarch
    3 T sugar
    2 T honey

Directions

Cook blueberries and half the water over medium heat. When it starts to boil, add corn syrup, sugar and honey. Mix the cornstarch with the remaining half cup of water and stir into blueberry mixture. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Add more or less cornstarch according to your preference for thickness.
