Greek Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    1 garlic clove, crushed in garlic press
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast

Directions

1. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, garlic, and oregano in large plastic food storage bag.
2. Pierce chicken with fork several times and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Add to bag and coat with dressing, marinate 20 minutes.
4. Remove chicken from bag.
5. Grill or broil 6 minutes per side.
6. Or, cook in a grill pan over medium-high heat, 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

    This chiken breast it's great. It has all these spices and herbs I really like. Spices makes everything tastes good.
    I am making it for dinner. will have with baby carrots and a salad. love garlic specially grilled so I added some more. - 5/27/09
