Turkey Meatballs

Introduction

I had a bunch of leftovers and mixed them all togeather. Turned out well. I had a bunch of leftovers and mixed them all togeather. Turned out well.

Ingredients

    *Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 19 oz
    Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 100 grams
    Bread, reduced-calorie, wheat, 1 slice
    *Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 0.12 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Low fat cream cheese, 3 tbsp
    *Spinach, cooked, 1 cup
    Basil 1 tsp
    Garlic 1 tbsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients togeather.

I made the meatballs 1 tbsp in size.

Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 until done.

I put the meatballs in a pot with 1 can of tomato sause and 1 can of diced tomatos (italian seasonings). I let simmer for 30 mins but this last is not nessary.
