Potato Salad

Introduction

I'm not sure on how many servings. I'm guessing 10-- 1 cup serv. I'm not sure on how many servings. I'm guessing 10-- 1 cup serv.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    10 white potatoes
    1 cup lite miracle whip
    3 pieces celery, diced
    4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
    2 t. mustard
    1 t. salt
    1 T. pepper, black

Directions

Boil potatoes in large pot with water until soft--about 1 hour.
Hard boil eggs.
Peel & cool.
Add cut up eggs & celery
Add miracle whip, mustard and spices.
Refrigerate.
